Reed and Jim always are accommodating and always explain what options there are and pricing before doing the work, there work is very good!

The guys are great! They always do a good job. I've taken my cars to different places over the years and Midas in Shakopee MN has treated me better than any of the others.

They replaced front struts and did a great job. Completed when expected and price didn't exceed their quote.

I wish that I had grabbed the gentleman's name who helped me in your lobby on Monday when I dropped my car off for an oil change, but I was remiss in getting it. This man made my experience amazing from start to finish and is an EXEMPLARY employee for Midas. I have had TERRIBLE experience with service shops as a woman, and feeling like I'm being ripped off. He was so kind and his energy was so positive. He explained every detail to me, but didn't talk to me like I was stupid. I will bring my car back to this Midas for everything because of this experience, and I will tell everyone I know to do the same. Midas, I hope you reward this employee for his outstanding customer service!! Again, I'm not sure of his name, but I dropped my car around 11:30 on Monday (3/18). He had longer salt and pepper color hair and glasses.
