Nick & other staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to the issues my car was having and ask appropriate follow up questions. I’m a young woman & I really appreciated that they didn’t talk down to me or make me feel stupid. Getting your car worked on sucks, but they made it not so bad. Very considerate service.

I had explained my experience already, not sure where it went. I was given an estimate from Midas for my daughters vehicle with diagnostic test information I recd. from a Honda dealership. Jim at Midas was very knowlegeable with what would need to be done to repair the vehicle just from the information I gave him. There were only 3 necessary components that needed to be added on to the estimate once he recd. the used engine. No matter who I talked to on the phone if Jim was on another line, the personnel was aware of the status of the vehicle. They were very helpful.

As a a customer we see a Clean Shop, customer waiting room, and restroom. Everyone is knowledgeable and smiles. This Midas team knows it's product and does a great job. From scheduling, to timing of how long the appt may be to complete the work, and the care they take of our cars while working on them - it's our go-to Midas. The team also seems to get along really well which adds to customer confidence. This Midas is our go-to Midas (there are others Midas shops much closer to us) however Shakopee Midas definitely instills "The Midas Touch". We got 4 new tires today and were told about the new Guarantee on the tires.
