I scheduled my car for a trans flush to be done on a Sat. My trans started slipping and they squeezed me in on the Wed before. My car drives better than it did the day I drove it off the lot 5 years ago. No extra sales push at the either...which is AWESOME!!! Made me feel like they just wanted to fix my car, get me back on the road, and make me happy. Superb customer service. Thank you!!!

I did not have an appointment, but time was made for me immediately. The workers, especially Sara Sexton, were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. In addition, they were well-informed about which lubricant my car should have-- I had always taken it to a dealer in the past, so that was a concern. The waiting time I spent was very short, again especially when I compare it to my dealer, where an appointment is required and the waiting time is always lengthy-- at least three times the time I waited at Midas.
