Always treated right and given the best service at Evanston Midas. Been servicing my family?s cars there for 20* years. Even when I?m not happy with the message (repair bill) the messengers at this Midas make it as painless as possible.

Called to make my appointment and was able to bring my car in 10 minutes later. Service was completed in about 3 hours. Car is running much better now

Edgar the manager had excellent customer service. Explaining what had to be done and why. Went out of his way to provide a ride home for me when it turned out the job was a lot bigger and would require a few days for the repair. I really appreciated that. Also understood and worked with me about not being able to pick up the car immediately because my work schedule didn’t allow it. Will definitely be back for more service on an old 2000 car. Nice to feel like I was not getting ripped off.
