Everything was amazing. I appreciate how the workers are understanding of any time constraints and work extremely effectively. Dave has always been the best person to have up front and answering the phone. He is hands down the best part of Midas in Urbana. The customer service at this location is through the roof, even if I bring my car in after not having brakes looked at for 10 years. Could not rate them any higher.

Brakes were making noise on the van and needed to be replaced. They were able to replace front and rear brakes very quickly because the family was taking a trip soon. They were able to squeeze me in and the price was very good as well.

I could feel the difference in my car and I have never had that with a oil check. It drove SO much better and smoother. It made me wonder what they were doing to my car before when I was on paying close to $70 and nothing seemed different and bare minimum was serviced if even that. 10 out of 10 I will and already have recommend Midas to others.
