Went there for a brake repair estimate. The dirty filters were found during Midass very thorough inspection.Ted, the tech that did the brake inspection was very friendly and helpful. He showed me both the front and rear brakes, and explained my optionsHe recommended replacing the brakes, however, he said there was still about 5 to 6 more months of wear on the brakes. I really appreciated his honesty. Because of that, I will have Midas, and Ted, do the brake repair in early spring.

My day started with a nail in my tire while going to work. I decided to go to Midas. Upon arriving the location was closed so I decided to wait the 30 minutes. As soon as the door opened I went in and explained my situation to the team member at the desk and he said yes we could take care of your car. While waiting he communicated with me and gave me updates. The mechanic working on my car did the same thing. They gave me excellent customer service. I will definitely go back to that location.

I was able to make an appointment in the day that I requested. Sam is always friendly and excellent at explaining everything. I trust him and his team, and I don’t believe they take me for granted.

Was very pleased and welcomed with the friendly service and hospitality of the garage staff. The guy at the desk was new at the task, he apologized, and worked through his process. They didn't give me the run around like other shops.

They were fast efficient, located the problem and were very nice in the process. The price was fairly steep but I feel very comfortable that the job was done right!

It was a great experience. I am going to go there for ALL of my oil changes. Far better than Hyundai service at Racine. The people here actually care about you and do quality work. The people I dealt with were very pleasant.

Was greeted pleasantly. Nice waiting area. Service of car included oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Everything went well and service tech told me about watching one of my tires for proper inflation.

I made an appointment online and no one called me. I made the appointment at 230pm. When i called at 10am because no one called to confirm—they told me to drop it off at that time—10am. I work across the street. This was very helpful.
