Applied for a Midas card online but received no email confirmation. Upon checkout, service believed I need to pay all before releasing my vehicle. However, he took to time investigate how I could use my new card thru just a ssn, avoiding having to pay with my credit card. Credit to him for digging in and learning something new and I get my car back
