The way your treated, patience and explained ? Plus prepare you for if this happens? Do this? If Midas offers a credit card with a discount for signing up? I would of gotten a Midas Credit Card? I’m retired senior and every discount helps!

Andy is always there for me when I have a problem with my car which frankly was not driveable due to the driver's window being inoperable and not willing to go down. I didn't have an appointment but got there early when Midas opened and Andy came through again.

I appreciate Andy so much. He is an honest broker that always allows his customers the quality information to make an informed decision. Not to mention his always cheerful disposition that goes miles with people already having a bad car day.

CAR WAS READY FOR AN OIL CHANGE BUT I ALSO NOTICED SOME THUMPING & RATTLE NOISE IN THE FRONT.THEY CHECK IT OUT,CALLED ME RIGHT AWAY.THEY EXPLAINED VERY CLEARLY WHAT NEEDED REPAIR.THEY HAD MY CAR FIXED AND BACK TO ME BY THE END OF THE DAY.WILLIE EVEN TOOK ME TO WORK AND PICKED ME UP WHEN THE CAR WAS DONE.ANDY HAS ALWAYS TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY AND HE IS VERY HONEST WITH ME ABOUT WHAT NEEDS REPAIR AND WHAT DOESN'T.I TAKE ALL MY CARS TO HIM,HE IS THE ONLY ONE I TRUST TO MAKE REPAIRS.I EVEN KEEP HIS CARDS ON MY DESK AND RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
