Working with Tom and Jeremy have always been a great experience. I have already scheduled my next appointment to get my rear shocks replaced. I have used this location for all the maintenance on my current vehicle since 2017.

Good value and convenient

The gentleman got me in at 800am, diagnosed in 30 minutes, had to wait for parts for it to be delivered, and got me out by noon. He explained what looked like had happened, but said only one side rotor needed to be replaced other wasn't too be but we decided it was best to replace both at the same time. Then he asked about my ride with the tires I had. Asked if it felt rough, I said yes, then he told me I had high performance police tires on it was why, and suggested that I get them replaced.

Although Midas was not able to fix the mechanical issue, I appreciated their honesty. Many other shops would have attempted to fix the issue only to make it worse. Midas realized that they weren't the best place and suggested to go to the dealership to have the issue fixed since they would be better equipped. Midas even cut the cost of diagnosis by 50% since the diagnosis wasn't entirely complete. I'll certainly continue to use this shop.
