Thy did not rotate my tiers.

The gentleman got me in at 800am, diagnosed in 30 minutes, had to wait for parts for it to be delivered, and got me out by noon. He explained what looked like had happened, but said only one side rotor needed to be replaced other wasn't too be but we decided it was best to replace both at the same time. Then he asked about my ride with the tires I had. Asked if it felt rough, I said yes, then he told me I had high performance police tires on it was why, and suggested that I get them replaced.

It was ok they failed to tell me I need brake service in the front

I did an oil change and vehicle inspection. Their visual inspection of brake pads passed but in 1 week I had issue with brake. When I asked them, they told its not possible to say the status of brake pad in visual inspection. But everyone knows brake pad can be visually inspected. And ended by changing the brake pad and rotor.
