I called for an appointment and got in the same day. The crew at Midas replaced my rear brakes for less than the price quoted from nearby competitors. The waiting room was clean and I was there for about an hour. Overall a good experience.

I did not like the fact that my Chevy Cruz was rated to only use synthetic oil which is not a manufacture a requirement and it made my $18 oil change turn into a $40 oil change. This is called a bait and switch and it is the fault of management not the Sh
