Helpful staff and quick service and friendly

They honored the online coupon. The wait time was minimal. The seating area was roomy and clean. booked appointment online and they called back to confirm.

Good and honest service

The two people that helped me were incredible. They made sure I understood my options and didn't try to upsell me on items I did not need. When they took off my tires and saw my brakes had some issues, I was called and things were thoroughly explained as to what was wrong. I usually go to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes but will be making the switch to Midas after the wonderful experience I had yesterday.

Normally you guys check the fluids and the tire pressure and you didn't do either this time that's why only 3 stars. I am Normally very happy with your services but it was like you wanted us in and out in 10 minutes and didn't do what you normally would do
