The speed of the service was great. Have been to other Midas and the time it took them to perform an oil change was way too long...even when I had an appt.

I scheduled the appointment walk in complete paperwork car is being pulled in, inspect tell any problems, work begins.

My vehicles catalytic converter was stolen. It was recommended that I contact a muffler repair shop and needed the car back within a reasonable amount of time. Midas was in the area and although I was not familiar with the shop, I contacted it and they were able to get my car in and get the repair process going. Sargon was helpful and was familiar with the process and gave me confidence that he could get me thru the repair in a reasonable amount of time and meet my needs. Very satisfied with my experience.
