They found some problems that I did not know that I had that could have turned out to be a big problem. They corrected them and my auto runs great.

I had a bad experience at the last place I went and didn't get enough of correct information. Midas was awesome. They gave me all the details so I could understand what was going on. They were quick and flexible with fitting me in. All around great!

I had received a price over the phone and booked an appointment for the following day. The morning of the appointment, a very nice store manager (Adam Kavouras) called me to explain the price that I had been given, was in error, and was for only the front brakes and rotors. I expressed my disappointment. He, very graciously, called me back and agreed to honor the price I had been quoted. Everything worked out, without a glitch! I'm very satisfied with the work performed and how diplomatically and honestly, I was handled. I only wish I had known or remembered Midas offered other auto services. Now that I do, I shall patronize Midas for tires, alignments, batteries, etc. I only remember Midas from their 'muffler' commercials! Thank you, Midas and Adam! RON/Chicago

I arrived a few minutes after the cut off for ordering new tires for that day. The store was still able to accommodate me and provide me with two new tires that day.

Great Service and Great Timing for my appointment. There were quite a few people in the store but because I made an appointment they kept to my appointment time and I was out of there faster than I have ever been.

I came in with an exhaust issue. I could have been told I needed to immediately replace the entire system. Instead the tech found an easy and inexpensive fix to my problem. I just needed two pipes welded together again. Thanks! Great job!
