Requested an oil change last minute that day... They got me in and did an excellent job.

Seems the get you in the door with the $59 oil change then charge you $17-20 for each additional quart you need. I could driving to the gas station and gotten the extra quart for $6

Awesome customer service and pricing. They did what they were suppose to do. Was able to watch them do my oil change. Seen they physically changed oil and filter, unlike jiffy lube who did not. Will always take my vehicles to Midas in Frankfort.

"Frankfort midas said they would not honor oil change coupon. Got another coupon in mail today. If you do not honor them., why send coupon."

Wouldn't recommend. Paid almost 400 dollars for heater control repair. Not working again.Some repair.

The location had a staffing issue, but it did not impact my service, even though it likely should have. The figures it out, and completed my service extremely quickly and professionally.

"After waiting over an hour to have 2 tires put on my truck I get home and the hub caps only had 1 ***** left in them out of 3 that they had before they changed the tires, both valve stem caps now missing, they couldnt even take the stickers of the tires..."

They explained and showed me what needed to be done other than why I was there. It was going to take longer than expected offered to take me home. I went home and received a message a few hours later that my car was done. My daughter took me back to retrieve my car. Another issue came up. We all decided I would leave my car and get it the next day. I got a call it was ready around 9:30AM the next day and I went to pick it up and it was done. I was quoted a price and even though it took longer..the quote stayed the same. Paid my bill and got a copy of the receipt. I was ready to go and I was handed a key to a HYUNDAI! Ah no! I drive a Ford. And that was the mistake that was made. Lol. I will definitely return for service. Thank you
