They were so friendly and went above and beyond in checking the car out. Incredibly reasonable costs and Mike applied a coupon to my final bill that I didn?t even know about. Great service!

Scheduling was easy, they adjusted my appointment that I needed, and quickly got to my truck. Staff inside for check in and checkout were polite and took care of everything. No one hassled me for more things needed. They didn’t give me a report showing future maintenance needs though or tire data which I am used to but it was fine.

I got in at 7am and was out in 30 min. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Old car, Midas tends to do effective mechanical work on a 2003 vehicle.

I called in desperation. Chicago is a desert these days for filling stations. Thanks to your facility I was able to fill my low tire to get home. Thank you so much for being there and helping me. You did me a real favor!

They took time to explain everything my car needed and how they would get those parts, they even provided pictures and updates on how far they’ve gone with it and what’s left.

All staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I am a senior citizen and everyone was quite respectful. Suggestion - I am 77y/o single female on fixed income of Social Security - we (seniors) would appreciate ,maybe, a 10% senior discount. This Midas facility on Roosevelt Rd - Chicago has enough business of non-seniors that this discount is feasible. Thank you much !
