We were in Chicago visiting family when our brakes started grinding. We were able to have our van serviced the following morning. The 2 gentlemen we dealt with were very kind and explained everything at drop off and pick up. Bring from out of state we were concerned with how we would be treated - the instantly alleviated all concerns upon scheduling the appointment. We've not experience customer service like that before. We were, and are, extremely impressed and appreciative.

I would like to first go back to the summer when I was having an issue with my muffler. I went to this Midas location because it was close to where I work. They said that something came loose and they put it back to where it was suppose to be and there was no charge! What a nice thing they did. So when my car was now making a loud noise when driving I went back to this Midas location because of their honesty from the summer experience. I made my appointment online which was easy. It said online that they don't open until 8 AM and I work at a school and students arrive at 8 AM. I went earlier hoping that that it would be open or someone would be there so I could leave my car. To my surprise they were open and I was able to drop off my car and walk to school and be there when my students arrived. The person that helped me said he would call in a couple of hours and let me know what was up with my car. He did call within that time and informed me of the problem and how much it c

Was able to show up before my scheduled appointment and they were accommodating and upfront about everything and the service was very good. Always have a very satisfying experience every time I need service.

The associates communicated clearly and as often as needed. The work was done quickly, and they were accommodating as my schedule changed to let us drop the car off at a later point then originally scheduled. Lastly, they did not perform or recommend services or options that were unneeded at this time. And of course the team was friendly from start to finish, both on the phone and in person. Great experience.

Manager was very helpful. He gave me options to best it my budget and resolve the issue. I went to the Canal St. location and the team there did not return phone calls and did not give options to the problem. The Fullerton location was much better with customer service. Would go there again without hesitation.
