My catalytic converter was stolen while I was on vacation in Chicago. Rick was very encouraging and got me right in to make the repair. The part was in stock and they were able to take care of me within 2 hours on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. I’m afraid I’d still be in Chicago if not for Rick and the crew.

From the online scheduling to the intake procedure to the completed project, I found that communication was extremely clear. Once the problem with my brakes was analyzed, the suggested solution was explained in detail before work began. Work was completed in a timely manner.

I know that this location was super busy. When I dropped it off I was told it was going to be awhile. Which I knew because I knew they were busy. The advisor took in my vehicle right away and I was out within an hour. Very satisfied, I was able to make my son's doctor appointment.

Can't really say anything but positive thing about this place. They've done my breaks and oil changes for a couple years and my car runs great and I feel safe in it after I get my car back from the shop.
