Fast and friendly service!

Busy and they were behind. It took a while to get my car back. My appointment was at 1 and I did not leave until after 5pm. Although they did fix my brakes and got me a discount which was great!!

I went in this Midas shop in Billings Montana with a break problem. It occurred a few weeks after I had the breaks worked on at the Midas in Granbury Texas. Dave in Montana worked with Robert in Texas and my car was fixed at no cost to me. Thanks Dave a

Max in Billings MT is always courteous and knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to make sure all is explained well. Does not push services. always know, if I have concerns he is my, go to, guy.

Every time I go in for anything I get courteous service. They give advise on repairs not to make quick money but a budget conscious estimates with 5 star results.

Did thorough check of a pre-owned car that I just bought, very good detail on complimentary inspections. Will likely have them complete the recommended repairs soon.

They finish on time and are very pleasant.

It seems as though staff/management changes frequently at this location, but the people who work there now are fabulous. Ty (I think?) waited on me as he has in the past, and he is awesome. He is so friendly and genuine. The last time I was there I think it might have been the manager who waited on me and he was fantastic as well. I appreciate them.

Dave and his crew helped our family out big time! Traveling cross country working our way to the West Coast and had an exhaust pipe break loose. They took care of us so fast and got us back on the road at an incredibly reasonable cost. These guys were awes
