Made online appointment. Received call next morning to confirm appt at 9am, was able to change appt to 7am for next day visit. During appt waited for inspection, it was quick and explained well to my understanding what needed to be done for Brake job. Left office to eat breakfest, 2 hours later job was done. Quick, friendly and courtesy. Would highly recommend for next service.

Thomas at the Wahiawa location, was sent from above. I was a woman in need of a good mechanic. Needed a used car looked over before I purchased and did title transfer/outdated reg and saftey. I am safe on the road, only because of Thomas. Back tires were 9 years old, cracking, scalloping, the works! Was treated like a local and so appreciate it. I will be back, telling all women I know, singing praises from the mountains to the ocean, from the windward to the leeward side. All my love and aloha. So appreciate the Midas Touch! I took my car for years to Midas for an Oil change ..this is the first time they didnt rotate my tires when the receipt said they did..and also when you pick up your car nobody mentions to you about the service they gave you .. cant see the check marks on

The girls up front didn't even acknowledge me when I first got there. I had a 10:30 appt for an oil change and I told the guy who answered that I would be waiting with the car. My car didn't get looked at until almost 12pm after I inquired about the delay

I went to this Midas to have my Honda Odyssey's brakes checked because of squeaking sounds when the brakes were pressed. Because this was just a walk in, the Service Adviser there told me exactly how long I had to wait, what to expect when I was called after the brake inspections. In the end, they found my brakes were still in good working conditions, so, no brake installation was needed. My vehicle was thus discharged free. Very honest workers who did not try to make unnecessary work and charges.

Even when I let them know that i was running late tot he appointment they were too kind as to let me know that it was ok even if I had to leave it overnight. Which I didn't have to. They were great at customer service andmaintenance.
