"Went in just to see how much it was going to be for breaks and they already had my car up with no tires on. Paid over $600, I just wanted to know how much. They fix the breaks but two weeks later they started to squeak a lot. I don't think I'll go back."

"Took my daughter?s car for oil change and new brakes.So the next day took the car to Toyota dealer for new tires and find out that Midas in Norwalk never change the oil, I paid 200 dollars for service that wasn?t done. Never went back management is bad."

The power steering wasnt fixed at all. Contrary to what Midas is saying, there is now power steering. I was told by changing the rack and pinion, the power steering would be fixed but that wasnt true. I brought my car in for timing belt replacement which was supposed to take 2 days but they messed up the valves and took over 2 weeks to fix. Also my a/c was working well when I brought my car in, now there is absolutely no cold air coming out. Midas says its not their fault. Totally dishonest

The reason I was so highly satisfied is because the associate explained to me everything I needed to know in complete detail and he was fully honest and truthful and not only that but he help me with a financing program that really helped me out and I appreciate that

I went in to find out why my car was having problems and they took my car right away, told me exactly what was needed and saved me the heart ache of waiting 3 days for a Mercedes’ dealer to actually look at it. I would come here again and again! Ask for Reuven. He really cares about helping customers and making sure it’s done right the first time. Ty!
