They're very nice people, but could not fix my car. I had to take it to Leo and sons to re-do some of the work Midas had recently done.. Midas gave up and returned my car to me un-repaired.

They are very fast in doing their services

Customer service is outstanding; which is evident by the many regular customers in and out of the Norwalk, Ca. location all day.

i just called to schedule an appointment and was told they don't do oil changes after 2pm. How do you accomodate for people who have to work 8am to 5pm??? even if i could get off work early i can't be there by 2. really disappointed

I am a long-time customer of MIdas/Norwalk & won't take my vehicles anywhere else for servicing. The staff has always been friendly & professional.

When I arrived there was 6 others and when I left 1:30 half later it resulted in the fasted no appointment service I have every had .
