All personnel were friendly, courteous and easy to communicate with. Treated me like a friend and met and exceeded ny expectations.

Always like dealing with Charlie or Jesse..great bunch there..nice to find a good place when you move into an area. Very accommodating..drop me off to shop while my car is being fixed.

The staff has Always been great, never a problem.

"Took my vehicle in for an oil change and brake inspection. They flushed/changed the brake fluid and brakes work great, no more spongy brakes. They even changed one of my headlights that I had not gotten around to replacing. This will be my new oil change/m"

Came in to check what needed to be done with my Emergency breaks, was not expecting them to be fixed on the spot like it was I was very happy.

The Midas technician's were very thorough in their diagnosis. I was greeted with a friendly manner, and they started the service right away.

It's been a couple of weeks and everything seems to be working fine. What seems to set this Midas apart is they didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I have an older truck and just need done what will keep it on the road. This team did the job I neede

I absolutely love the roseburg Oregon Midas. They treat you wonderful and they'll go over any and all issues your car has..They talk to you where you can understand what's happening and what needs to be done to correct the issue.

Awesome as usual, they let me know I have a small water leak and showed me where it was so I could fix it myself. Kudos to their whole team ;-)

Any and everything that was told to me was transparent. I didn't have any questions when it was all said and done. I got an oil change and the rep was like hey do you need your tires rotated? Yes!! I need wipers too. Oh, we got you!!! They were amazing!!!!
