Jeff the desk guy was awesome. He was very courteous, answered questions and explained the process. There were two other women getting car serviced while I waited and he was equally courteous to them also. Unlike some shops who talk down to women, he was extremely professional to all of us. But he didn't have any Midas cards printed for him yet.
