Sean/ Shaun communicated with me the entire time and I never felt like I wasn’t kept in the loop. COMMUNICATION IS KEY. THE FOUNDATION for excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be forever loyal as long as the customer service and communication are excellent. Also, the only reason I won’t be returning to the location is because we were traveling through.
