i really like how focused they are. normally i go to my mehanic who tries to squeeze me in but i end up sitting and waiting. here at midus they start on time and end on time. thank you!

It's the only place I take my vehicles for service since I moved here. Shawn and the team have always treated me with respect and have always been honest with their estimates.

Was greeted in a friendly and respectful way. Shawn does a great job making you feel welcome. They were busy, so it took just a bit longer than normal. Nonetheless, vehicle was serviced correctly, with no problems.

I set up an appointment to have my breaks replaced. When I got to my appointment I found out that they are only doing 2 out of 4. They quoted to me what was my understanding is $139.99 for all 4 over the phone. Not once was per axel said to me. Not happy.

The Employees here were very kind and made the experience worth while. They seemed to have a good understanding of what they were doing and the brake replacement service hardly took any time at all.

Be careful of being upsold when you go in for a simple oil change. Do not get talked/tricked in to additional costs. This is how they make their money.

Shaun was the rep I spoke with. I have been out of A/C for awhile now. Shaun answered all my questions and clarified to me that they check for leaks in the air compressor and after it was recharged that if there were any problems moving forward I would be able to come in up till 90 days for service and it would be free. Great communication and customer service.
