Was a great atmosphere and very friendly workers and managers. Was pleasant to speak to regarding my vehicle and the service it needed as well as what needed fixed to finish the job. Easy to work with all and came back next day with vehicle for more service. Thanks Shawn & Mike

I've been to many service/oil change businesses over 60 years of owning cars and pickup trucks and I've not seen service better then Jeff, Jesse, Wayne and the shop team have been providing for me for the past few months. Of special note is that they pretty much do it all ! Thanks for listening and know that I mention the Roseburg Oregon Midas store to everyone that mentions they need to get oil changed. Cheers

My vehicle had a breakdown and I managed to get it into Midas. The customer service got the repair done right away knowing it was our only transportation and the price was very reasonable I felt we were treated special couldn't ask for anything better.

The staff is super friendly and they don’t lie and say you need extra parts or services which happens a lot at other places. I always trust Midas with my car needs because they have always been completely honest and upfront about every thing I need for my car.
