We had our front brakes done by a friend but we need the back ones done too so we went to Midas. They did a free inspection and said the front looks good but that the back (obviously) needs to be done. After appointment my car was still grinding so I took

Your cost of labor is too high. Shouldn’t cost $400 in labor for brakes.

I was greeted promptly when I arrived without an appointment. I was informed that my 2014 tires are due to manufacture specs should likely be replaced. For safety concerns I chose to purchase four new tires. I was given a acceptable quote. I felt no pressure and appreciated the knowledge on tire safety. The air cabin filter was also in need of replacement. Excellent customer service!
