Everything was explained plainly, very respectful

Midas Bremerton Wa it was pk but tires were suppose to be rotated and were not. Otherwise good

All staff that I met were extremely friendly. The services were explained up front and they even called to verify a service price increase and gave a concise answer as to why. Called as soon as service was done which I appreciated not having to wait.

The problem still exists had to go back to them to have them change my brakes for a third time after only driving a few hundred miles

Diagnosed the problem fast and completed the service in a timely manner.

Rip off simple completely

I got the service I ordered on time and was given a good price. I also requested to have my brakes looked at and they did and they do need replacement and I was told my options and prices and will be back to get them done as soon as my budget allows
