Five star less then 1. Hour

Took car in for a brake inspection without an appt and they fit me right in, diagnosed issue, communicated and repaired in less than 4 hours. Was much less expensive than I thought it would be and made some recommendations for upcoming needs with no pressure. Definitely switching to this Midas from the dealer service.

Later he called to inform me of issues found, grand total price, & ETA for maintenance completion. Car was ready next day as promised. I’ve driven it several times since and it drives smoothly! My wait time was short despite not having an appointment. The service was helpful and kind, and when an issue was discovered (cabin filter needed replacement) I was contacted and given the opportunity to have it addressed quickly and at a reasonable price. I was also given information to inform future repairs, but in no way pressured to get the work done on the spot. If I lived closer, I would make this my permanent service center!

Front Office And Technician skills and knowledge on the issues reported and explaining to the customer

They are doing good job. They perform an expertise and recommend not to fix/replace a part if it's not reasonable. I saved $1k thanks to that.
