Mr Patel was very friendly and professional. He understood that I had some time constraints due to my sick husband and I felt that he bent over backwards to insure that I got in and out in a reasonable time. Additionally he explained everything I would need, advised it could wait for a bit till a more convenient time for me . No hard sell. While I waited another customer came in who had some problems resulting from service at a different Midas and I was impressed by Mr Patels efforts to help him.
