Well I scheduled 2 appointments online at the Concord, California Location on Monument Blvd Friday and Saturday. Both times I was not called..appointment not confirmed but they never called me once and both appts passed. I called Walnut Creek Midas on N Main street and he said come on down. My oil change was done in less than 10 minutes

Sam always communicates well and makes proper suggestions. I appreciate the fact that he explained a possible problem, my vehicle may have he alerted me to the fact that it was possibly still covered by Subaru extended warranty.
