I’ve been coming to this Midas for 15+ years. Keith always has well train status, and they’re very friendly. But I also noticed is that he has your attention. His staff stay it’s the same guys in the bays and it’s the same people at the counter. If they are new, they are eager to learn. Keith is a straight shooter. I don’t like to be over quoted and I don’t like to do things that aren’t necessary. But I do want to be safe on the road and I trust Keith will guide me that direction.

I was treated by friendly and knowledgeable staff and even though they were extremely busy they were helpful to each and every customer I saw walk through the door. As I sat and waited for my car I chatted up with a customer ( woman) who is a repeat customer and trusts your company very much which made me feel even more at ease. My Dad was my mechanic and passed away in 2014 so I lost my reliable source as a older woman we can often get taken advantage of, but to my surprise… I was not charged for my visit… and that hasn’t happened since my father passed away so I guess you can say you guys re instilled my faith that there is still good people out there

Although the oil change took longer than expected due to a slow technician. Management and front desk happily made up for it by giving me a free oil change on next visit! I will definitely be back with more work

I?ve only come to the store twice. The first time they were so good I had to return. They are thorough in explaining things and they are always nice! Mike and Keith and the rest of the team are great!
