Good customer service

Went there thinking I needed front and rear brakes, made an appointment and checked in with Gabe. After the brake inspection (about an hour) Gabe called and said I do not need brakes(another shop told me less than 20% left) and still had 50% rear and 40% front. He recommend that they service the brakes which I gladly agreed to, $50 later I was out the door. Thank you Gabe and Midas.

The staffs are very kind and friendly. Oscar in the front desk help me to apply financial assistance with Midas which i was not aware that they offer

Midas is the only place I take my vehicle for repairs.They have a very knowledgeable team, who are able to diagnose the problem during the initial visit, and work quickly to have your vehicle running like new again.

Transaction is smooth, it didn’t take long when they started to service my car. I was told it would be done in 30-45 min. So I went out and ordered a burger in a nearby fastfood. Before I could finish my burger, they called me that the oil change is done and I can pickup my car.

Kym n John were very kind and helpful with my need of replacing my antifreeze container and fuel injection cleaning. Their kindness of customer service was excellent

Oscar the store manager was very clear and honest about the problem. He gave me understanding of the parts needed. He applied extra effort to find the most cost effective parts, since I have an expensive BMW X3.
