AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SHADY SHADY BUSINESS, OWNER AND EMPLOYEES! says I had my transmission flushed, WRONG. DIDNT TOUCH THE TRANSMISSION! COST ME AN EXTRA $250 IN POOR REPAIRS THAT HAD TO BE CORRECTED AND WOULDNT NOT WARRANT A REPAIR DONE LESS THAN 24 HOURS AND 60 MILES AGO!!!! AVOID!!! OWNER ACTUALLY WALKED OVER TO MY 70 YEAR OLD MOTHER TO TELL HER I HAD A FOUL MOUTH AND SHE DIDNT RAISE ME PROPERLY?!? CROSSING A LINE THERE!!!!

Midas Ventura store manager was extremely hostile and defenseive when I caught him lying to me and my autobody shop that contracted them. They were supposed to replace damaged muffler with the same exact muffler. Claimed that the exhaust couldnt be found

I was highly satisfied with the customer service experience but to my understanding that the catalytic converter for my 2004 Chevy Silverado has two converters and it shows it as one unit instead of two separate units.
