The Midas employee was clear about what the service involved and did not try to upsell me. Upon my request, he advised me on the manufacturer recommended time for a transmission fluid change and the current condition of my brakes.

I recently visited Midas Auto and Tire for an alignment service on my 2007 Lexus ES350, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. My Lexus had been persistently pulling to the left, making my daily drives less enjoyable, but Midas came to the rescue. The first thing that struck me was the speed and efficiency of their service. I arrived at Midas in the morning with my Lexus in need of alignment. To my delight, they were able to take me in on the same day. I dropped off my vehicle at 9 am, and by lunchtime, it was ready for pick-up. The quick turnaround was a pleasant surprise, and I greatly appreciated their attentiveness to my issue. Most importantly, I was thrilled to discover that the alignment was executed flawlessly. As soon as I hit the road, I could immediately feel the difference. My Jeep no longer had that annoying pull to the left, making my drives smooth and enjoyable once again. The precision of their work was evident, and it's clear that the technicians at Midas are highly skilled and dedicated to their craft. In addition to the excellent alignment service, the staff at Midas was friendly and accommodating.
