They gave me an incorrect quote on the phone before going in. Only one year prior, I had my 60,000 mile checkup and yet they found things to fix and updated that had just been done. They inputted the wrong milage of my car into this tracking system and now I cannot update it. It's about 25,000 miles above what it actually is.
