I came in with a coupon for a brand new car and an oil change. $ 19.99. He gave me some **** about switching from synthetic to natural oil an then it would be $87.99. I said **** off BOB. I am not an idiot. Synthetic is actually cheaper. How dare you

They refused a $19 coupon for oil change, then charged $52 for that service. They also tried to upsell me on three tires when the car only needed one and offered to sell a new battery for about $200 when I later got it at $92 installed at Walmart. Charged $10 just to replace license plate light. Wanted to charged more than $700 for unneeded services. Tried to play on my emotions that I should want to keep my daughter safe. I will not be back.
