I took my car in to be serviced on a weekday morning because I assumed there would be less of a wait. And it's true that there were only a few other customers while I waited for the service to be completed. But two full hours for an oil change and tire rotation? That seemed like an awful long time. I've been to other shops for the same service and been done in an hour or even a little less. One good thing: the shop had a coupon I brought with me, which made the trip at least not as expensive.

Needed a new alternator bracket but was not told. Instead of telling me they just put the alternator belt on wrong so it scraped and fell off in a couple days. Waited hours for it to be fixed and charged about 130 dollars

We get all our vehicles serviced here great customer service and very respectful and never make you feel like you need more things done than are needed. The most honest repair shop I have ever dealt with.

Bill came out to over $500.00. I hope you enjoyed sticking it to us this time because I promise you I will never do business with MIDAS again at any location. If corporate allows this highway robbery to take place then shame on them too.

I first went to the Midas in Roy when another garage referred me there when they could not fix a problem on our truck. Dennis goes the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. He has been very honest and is very knowledgeable.

Worst service this time around Im sure they did damage then good my driver side front end is now more shacking and vibration at higher speeds now it feels worst then before i gave it to them to do my alignment those guys really mest up my front end rack and pinion.

After trying to do an oil change myself and stripping the plug head, they were able to get it out and change the oil and replace the plug.

Dennis and the crew are great and do what is necessary to get the job done!!!
