I’ve been bringing our cars to Midas for over a decade. The staff is always friendly and I can see they work hard to finish repairing the vehicles in a reasonable time frame. But when there is a problem they make sure to communicate with the customers.

I stopped by to see if they could fix my tire that had an air leak. I spoke with Aaron who coordinated with me to bring my truck in later the same day as I needed to wait with it to be fixed. I showed up at the agreed upon time and a nice lady, sorry I forgot her name, took care of everything as agreed upon. Everyone was very polite and professional.

My scheduled appointment had to be rescheduled because after an hour and a half it was determined they did not have enough platform space for the truck. When I returned however, as a walk in, they immediately took the truck and did the oil change. I was able to understand why my engine light was on but they were not able to fix it. I will return for an appointment on Monday for that
