When I arrived at the store I asked for the manager, Jeff ( I think, don't have his business card in front of me). Honestly I was a bit leary because of the service I have received over the years from other companies. Telling me I needed things I didn't or saying they did something and didn't (I marked my tires once to see if this place actually did what they said and no they did not) so I told him this was a trust issue for me and word of mouth does travel. He was great!! He explained everything, he did not make me feel like I was a pain. So anyway I went in needing my brakes done and I did get a new battery as well, it was needed, and I'll be back for more services. I actually took them some donuts back once they were done with my car. My car has a home now! Great, honest service!!

Hi John, The service that I received at Big O was excellent! Great group of guys there that are friendly and want to help you and not take you for your $$$. I had a left wheel bearing that will need replaced soon and I asked if I should have both replaced and he said no just the one because the other bearing may never wear out. That mean't alot to me that he was that honest and sincerely looking out for me. I will definitely be back in soon for the bearing and will continue to visit for tires or any other needs! Wish they wouldve told me that the manufacturer had a 1yr roadside assistance before charging me the road hazard fee.

This is the only place I go for an oil change. I will be going back in a couple weeks to get 2 new tires for my car. I really like that everyone there is very friendly, it's always clean, and they are always quick!

It was close to close and everyone was working on finishing up there last jobs. The service writer still had some one get me real quick so I wouldnt end up broke down on the side of the rd. Excellent customer service!!!

There was one guy that must have been having a bad day, because he wasn't too excited to be there. To be fair, it was New Year's Eve though. Everyone else is always amazing! For Question 3...I don't want to be hounded by those options. I hope that leaving these blank doesn't reflect poorly on the store.

Big O always does a great job of taking care of my car! I can always be in and out in a timely manner! I always feel like the guys up front have budget in mind and they talk to me, not over me!

Excellent Store with great customer service gave all highest marks on the review but unsure if that's a 1 or 5 for worst to best so am assuming a 5 means excellent
