Whoever replaced the tire must have dragged the old tire across the trunk leaving very large and very noticeable scratch marks. Nothing was said about it to me when I picked my car up and only noticed them when I got home. They must have seen that they did it but chose not to acknowledge they damaged my car while working on it.

I came in to get TWO new tires. I spoke with someone before coming in who worked hard with me to keep this under $200.00 because I was on a short budget. I had also price check at other places and decided on Big o tire due to the gentleman working with me. He was kind and helpful. Once there and my car was up, I was then told how bad my back set were and agreed, reluctantly, to replace them as well. then was told how badly my car needed and alignment as well. Then there was an issue with a lug nut. The fact that a FREE alignment with a FOUR tire purchase isn't the norm is so odd to me. I will not return nor suggest this Big o tire due the complete feeling of being taken advantage of.

I've never been treated more rudely. The social skills of your employees are atrocious. When I told the receptionist that business would double if she worked in the nude, she told me to go F*** off.

They quoted me price less than $19.99 over phone which is what I usually paid at NTB. They then told daughter $30+after oil change?? They also wanted to replace a cabin filter & windshield wipers both which had already been replaced in past 12 months. Think I'm gonna miss NTB!

STAY with your vehicle! First time there handicapped placards were stolen. They called and I gave them second chance. Return for oil change and rotation. They would not rotate. Third time back, oil change and rotation, they put in wrong oil! They tried to make it look like they were doing right thing by telling me they would change it, BUT at first they denied. THEN did not want to change filter and the icing on the cake...called and used generic oil! They say they use Valvoline, do not expect them to! Keep your eyes on them at all times, or go to who you can trust!

I came in asking for a tire patch, and they did just that. Except, they left the nail in and that tire went flat, stranding me on the highway for two hours. Will never be going here again.

I have got a coupon for about 9.00$, So I to pay just 9.00$ to change the oil. Unfortunately, they just subtract the original cost from my coupon and that is not fair and will affect the reputation of your office I dont know why they did that??????????????????????????

Team you can trust is such a HUGE joke!! They have lied, cheated and stolen from me! Can't get Big O home office to contact me, and they have removed my negative reviews!!!! DO NOT TRUST ANYONE at Big O!!!!!!!

They refused to change my oil, bc the dip stick was broken. First, the dip stick has been broken for years, they've changed it bf. It would be entirely different had I asked them to "check" the oil. Five quarts is 5 quarts. I had a bad experience last time I went for an oil change. I will not be returning, for ANY service.

HORRIBLE service. Dropped my car off today, was told it would be done today or I wouldn't have dropped it off. Was told by 2 people they would call when my car was finished. It was taking longer than I thought it would, so I came up to the store and the store is closed for the day with my car in the garage. No one ever called to tell me my car was done or that they couldn't get to it. Now I am carless until Monday and cannot go to my family thanksgiving because I don't have a car. I will NEVER come back here. I'm never satisfied with customer service but this has done it. I will take my service elsewhere.

After battling with Walmart about defective tires for months, they got tired of me making them accountable for their crap tires yea, and I'm talking Goodyears, general tires, and Douglas tires, I ended up eating those tires when the store management said they were done fooling with me, and we were stuck with a set of Goodyear viva 3's that had 2 seperated of the 4. My families safety is tantamount to anything else, in and out of a vehicle, so then I go to Big O tires, I buy a set, of Aspen A/S and at first I think they're great tires, no issues for months but then I definitely know there's a problem with at least 1 tire because after rotations the issue always goes in the opposite direction, if I feel shaking in the front, I get em rotated and balanced and the issue goes to the back and after months of telling these folks it's a tire, they still haven't acknowledged me and after they inspect the car they come bk with WHEEL BEARING, issue, or its YOU GOT A BENT WHEEL/RIM, and other irrelevant diagnosises, they used brake wear as an issue as well, so I've noticed with each visit, once they've seen new hardware installed, they call me out and point out another totally different issue, and it's been ongoing, they're worse than Walmart who made me eat almost 375.00+ 80.00 on lifetime wheel balance and road hazard, on a set of tires that I got 100.00 back on when i sold them to some shop close to my home. Every time I've gone into a big o's location in my area and out of my area they seem to make the drivability of my car a bigger issue after they've done a rotate and balance or whatever it is so I have to keep going because they're the ones who sold me the tires I think they should be the ones to service my tires but they refused to do so because they always think that it's a different issue when they've told me it was my wheel bearings. I decided to go ahead and have all that stuff replaced not because of the things they have said but for my own peace of mind because I wanted to , it had nothing to do with them saying that's what was wrong when it really wasn't the wheel bearing the issue wasn't anything but a rotor that was slightly warped and that $381.00 problem they falsely diagnosed turned into a $60 minor issue after paying 50 bucks for the rotor and a guy who put them on for me for $10 so bye-bye $381 wheel bearing problem that never EVER was a problem nor had that ever been an issue. I told my wife we're still having the same issue with the shaking and I'm positive it's a tire, it's always been a tire and it's never been anything else in my mind but a damn Tire I said I'm taking the car to big O to have them check it out again and tell me what's causing the shaking and I will be damned if they didn't follow true to form without me having to say a word about all the new hardware I had put on my car within the last 2 weeks INCLUDING A BRAND NEW SET OF RIMS, so I had replaced both rear hub assemblies both rotors, I had already done front and back brakes and a wheel bearing on the front passenger had also been replaced because of an accident where the car was broadsides. Someone came and got me to show me, as I had always suspected a bad tire, and then I was told my strut in the front passenger side, the same Strut on the same side as the tire that I felt was the offending source, needed replacing, but I looked at the strut, and rubbed my hand up and down the shaft, and inspected the dust cover right in front of both of those guys and saw nothing that would concern me, and I truly do know cars very well, A quote was given for the fictitious repair, and they put a tire that they knew was bad right back on the car and I left and the shaking that got worse 3 days earlier after a wheel balance at Big O, had now gone to the back, so why the Fk wasn't I offered a new tire with a usage or prorated amount to offset the cost of a new one, they agreed it was a tire but then blamed it on something else also, and just as I told my wife wh

As a disabled veteran, I went into the store for an oil change and to purchase a set of tires. After paying for the services, I drove the two hours home. Upon my NEXT trip away from home, where I live alone with allowing no one access to my vehicle, I discovered my handicapped parking placards were missing. After contacting Big O Tires and asking how to replace very important property the state will not reissue for three years, I was told they were not responsible nor concerned. So: DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE LOW LIFE SCUM. If you must, make sure everything is removed or welded to your vehicle. STAY WITH YOUR VEHICLE and be prepared to administer swift and effective justice without prejudice to any sticky fingered son of a bitch that gets close to your vehicle!!!!!! I wish I could have given a ZERO or a NEGATIVE STAR to these unethical immoral thieving miscreants!!!!

My truck is shaking so bad and I live 3 hours away from Lexington, they said I needed and alignment, I had no problems before and now it awful, I live close to another big o but they said I would have to pay for alignment if it needed one. I'm pissed, and I'm trying to figure out the next step I take

By Josh | 9/6/2019
When I was there to get the tires installed I asked it I got a free alignment and the salesman said yes but it was in a Sunday close to closing so it was not a problem to come back on the Tuesday he requested. But then I go in to get the alignment he then information me it will be 100$ that it was a free alignment check the tires I got were the big o brand and they were 1100$ I thought that seemed awfully high but I got them anyhow over the nittos I requested. But I will go to tire discounters next time since I was charged for the alignment. That was the only reason I ask is as getting the tires there anyhow. Had I have know I was going to be charged an additional 99$ I definitely would gav went somewhere else. And I will not be back because of that. Lieing is bad for business iam a contractor I own my own business and I talk to alot of people and I will never recommend big o to any just because of that.

Everytime i go to Big O Tires i have a horrible experience.... this time my 03 chevy malabu was not serviced properly and my car was vandalized while parked on their property.

Everything was great and got a good deal. I bought a set of tires for a set of wheels that wasn't on my car and had them put on my car and put my old wheels in the back. I took my old wheels out and noticed that all my center caps were missing!

I took my 07 Toyota Tundra in for an oil change and the service person called and said I had a frozen front brake caliper. I authorized the repair and paid over $700 for all the services. About a month later the truck drove terribly and I discovered that the rear tire was secured with one lug nut. Two had been broken off during the service and two had worked there way off. I secured the tire and returned to the store and they fixed it at no charge. The truck should have never been allowed to leave your store with 1 broken lug much less 2!!! Also in the two trips no one addressed the low tire indicator on the dashboard, I badly need rear brakes but it was never mentioned. Your store is convenient to my house and it's the only place I have bought tires for 25 years. Big O is not up to the standards of the previous owners.
