There were a couple older guys that seemed condescending to my wife, who brought my car in. She had to be really straight with them for her to be taken like she knew anything about cars. Dillan is always amazing. He is the main reason I keep coming back. He is honest and really makes me feel like he cares about my car.

The young man who serviced my car forgot to check and fill up my tires; I'm not sure the alignment was checked either. Now I get to make another trip next Saturday to get my tires aired up. Everything else was great though.

Only true issue was the warranty. Tire was under warranty but they said since i drove on it i couldn't get it replaced. Now how in the world if you get a flat driving how can you not drive to a safe place and change ???

Workers were friendly but the service and warranty of Big O doesn't match up to those of some other tire companies. Nails in sidewall not being covered wasnt explained well from my point of view and other companies such as Tire Discounters extended warranty covers these types of

When we first called the store, we were told they didn't do appointments and that it was first come, first serve. The man who answered the phone said "It has been the busiest day of the year, please come in tomorrow and we will fit you in." I took off work early and went over the next day and in person was told "it has been the busiest day of the year, please call or come in tomorrow and we will try to fit you in." There was no offer to get an appointment scheduled. I really needed the car serviced before a trip so I tried calling the Georgetown location, and they were SO helpful in offering to schedule an actual appointment, and once they found out I lived in Lexington they called the lexington location and got an appointment scheduled for me there. Super thankful for them doing so! Upon my appointment in Lexington, I waited for 20 minutes while the one person managing the desk was on the phone (which I totally understand) After we were able to talk, I confirmed my name and the appointment time and he frustratingly said, "Oh. YOU are the one who called the Georgetown store." Didn't feel very comfortable knowing they had discussed me beforehand. When he rung up the contract for me to sign he never asked what type of oil job I wanted and assumed it was one of the more expensive ones. Upon looking at the price (which was almost $50.00) I asked if I had the option to do the conventional oil change instead (that location was running a special on them for 19.99 or so) and he changed it after telling me he "always assumes" people want the other one.... The actual service itself seemed fine and was quick, and they were kind enough to let me know of an issue they had with a tire. I appreciated the cost of the service but am not sure I will be coming back to this particular location in the future...

Was not offered free alignment. Bought 4 tires. I have been coming here several years. When it was NTB and now. Good price on tires, but services change, balance, etc are too high. No way in hell should a tire priced at $115, or $460 for four tires, cost $700 to get out the door. $240 dollars in service/installation fees ? Unreal.

just an oil change

I went in for an oil change, which included a top off of fluids. My brake light fluid check was not on that day so I didn't think I needed to say anything because it was supposed to include top off of fluids. The NEXT day my light came on so I called and received terrible customer service. Was told there must be a leak and yeah they "�check fluids' didn't indicate they topped anything off. No apology that this happened, just a "�you can bring your vehicle back in.' Which will require more time from work I can't do anytime in the days following. Also was told my brake pads were low and need to be replaced. When I asked for an estimate, I was told "�well a guess would be $350 per axel, but you can get a $50 off coupon on the website' My father and fiancé were flabbergasted at the "�quote.' I was looking for a new place to go regularly for oil changes and the such but clearly the top off of fluids doesn't happen, and giving the customer a correct quote isn't important.

When asking how long the wait would be I was told it would be about 15-20 min, so I just asked if it would be done in about an hour to an hour and a half since I had to head to work. When I asked this question, I was met with a very heavy sigh and eye roll from the worker helping me, making me feel very unwelcome. Previous to this visit, the workers had always been super nice though. Just not this time.

Got a coupon on line for rotation and computer wheel balance. My van drives worse after the service. However, I'm hoping with a little driving it will correct. Is it possible that my alignment will be off more with a rotation. Time will tell.

Well looks like they have taken my payment of a check out 2 times and hit my account twice. The alignment was off after paying additional to have it completed. Then had to wait additionally to have that corrected. Now I am out an additional $200 I did not authorize and paid for a service I had to drive away with incorrectly to drive back and wait to have Redone. Looks like I have to call them and figure out where my money is as well. Not what customers should have to do

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and my alignment was done very quickly even though I didn't have an appointment. As far as I know, it was done well, but I'm not qualified to evaluate that. The only problem I had was that I specifically asked that air be added to the tires because the light had come on when the weather got colder, and apparently that was not done. When I got into the car the light was still on. I told the guy at the desk and he said it would go off after I drove the car a little, but that didn't happen so I had to come back the next day to have air added. This is the third time that I have had to ask more than once to have the air checked. I would think that would be a simple thing to do for any cars you service. Other than that I have been happy with Big O Tires.
