I've gone there for the past year to get my oil changes so decided, since my van needed tires I'd go there for those as well. I'm glad I did. The guys that work there are all very nice and they are very quick. I've never had an issue getting an appointment I wanted either.

Being a mom and car owner, there are times our car needs regular maintenance, but I am unable to find a sitter and need to bring our children with me. I was nervous to bring our toddlers for an oil change, but the Lexington, KY Big O Tires location has a clean, well maintained facility. Our kids were able to play while we had some regular maintenance done on our vehicle. Other places have tiny, dirty waiting areas, but that is not the case here! I will definitely return in the future. Justin Hiler welcomed us and helped us to the waiting area. He even got the children a stuffed animal and soccer ball to play with while we waited. He was very friendly and accommodating. Our vehicle was serviced quickly and we were on our way out in under an hour.

The customer service at the Lowry Lane store could not be better. As a female, It's important to receive thoughtful yet non-patronizing service, and these employees have gone above and beyond to demonstrate these qualities. I have recommended this place to several friends already.

Mike Antrobus did a fine job taking care of what was needed on my Honda....installing the snow tires and having an alignment done, plus installing a new tie rod. Justin Hiler & his mechanic went above and beyond (& staying after hours), to fix my son's Hyundai axle, wheel hub, and installing snow tires. Very pleased with the service Big O Tires provides.

Alex did a great job helping my wife and daughter with a repair on a flat tire.
