In and out on a Sunday after church. Family walked up the hill to heavenly hams for lunch and vehicle was done when we got back.

Good service. Only complaint is that the price when I went in was more than quoted on phone. They did adjust it.

The service was great. The issue was diagnosed accurately and the repair was done quickly. The only issue preventing a 5 star review is the charge for the parts. The price I was charged looks to have been marked up over 50% over the HIGHEST retail price I could locate online, and likely 100% over their cost.

Big O does a good job.

They insisted on using synthetic oil when regular oil would have been fine.
