Big O Tires

In and out on a Sunday after church. Family walked up the hill to heavenly hams for lunch and vehicle was done when we got back.

The staff is more than just tire salesmen and installers. The are excellent mechanics for solving front end, axle, etc. problems. Highly recommended

Justin Hiler is very professional, helpful, and courteous. He and his staff did a fine job replacing my tires and alignment the vehicle.

The service was great. The issue was diagnosed accurately and the repair was done quickly. The only issue preventing a 5 star review is the charge for the parts. The price I was charged looks to have been marked up over 50% over the HIGHEST retail price I could locate online, and likely 100% over their cost.

Jeff Warren was absolutely knowledgeable and professional. He went far beyond what was required or expected of him to find the tires I needed. Everyone in the shop was extremely courteous and professional.

Had a nail in my tire. They fixed it quick and I was on my way. Got tires here a couple years again and they have been doing the rotations and such since.
