Big O Tires

Came in to have a flat fixed and everything went smoothly and the staff were on top of everything and so friendly!

Very nice people. I didn't feel talked down to like I have at some auto shops. Good experience overall. Tires are doing great, no problems.

Everyone is efficient in getting the work done. During the service a screw was found in one of the tires and had to be patched

My "maintenance required" light is still lit up on my dashboard. It usually is reset after an oil change. Could there be something else keeping it on? Just wondering. BF

The crew did as I asked in short order. They repaired a faulty tire pressure sensor, and rotated all four wheels, which successfully eliminated a vibration in the steering. Good job!

I've been coming to Big O since they were NTB - for over 15 years. Great guys, good service. I have recommended them to my family and they bring their cars in also.

A much better and faster experience than when it was NTB. I would be there a couple hours with an appointment just to get an oil change.
