Big O Tires

Store Manager Jeff Warren and his staff went above and beyond in order to complete my vehicle repairs in a timely, quality, and cost efficient manner. His knowledgeable and experienced mechanic Donnie Baker, did a fine job repairing the oil pan leak, emergency brake system, axle repair, and changing the transmission fluid on the 2002 Yukon Denali. Needing to have my vehicle the following day, Mr. Warren and his staff stayed over beyond regular working hours in order to have the vehicle travel ready. That is very much appreciated. It is becoming more difficult to find well managed and reliable and honest vehicle repair shops and it is a blessing to know that Big O tires in Lexington is in good hands with Mr. Warren leading and managing the business.

I've been to a bunch of Big O's but never such an impressive store!! Jeff, the manager, was thorough and quick. Prices were better than expected after replacing an axle. Fast and knowledgeable technicians. Highly pleased!

I have always been pleased with the service I have received here. They do the work on time and call you when your vehicle is ready to go. I also appreciate the ability to use other NTB's or Big O's when necessary. I'm a very happy customer!

Any time I need a car repair, I worry that I won't understand the situation well enough to avoid being overcharged. That's never an issue here. I've been sent away with no bill at all on multiple occasions. I trust these guys to do what needs to be done without piling on extra charges.

I was very pleased with the service & employees. They answered my questions. Being an older single woman I wasn't treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. I have family that uses their service also & is satisfied with them.

Just brought vehicle in for tire rotation, brake check, and alignment check. They did everything as requested timely and professionally. The vehicle was slightly out of alignment, which they addressed. They took care of my vehicle and me, even though it was all part of the extended warranty package from when I bought tires there a while ago. No hassles, no surprises, GREAT JOB!

I came in 4/29/19 I was actually upset with the older gentleman with glasses at the front he wasn't inviting atttttt all. He never acknowledged me coming in, I stood at the counter for at least 10 seconds and I said good morning in order for him to finally look up from typing. I came back the following day because of one of my tires, I prayed that Zi didn't have to have another encounter with him. Justin saved the entire day!!!! Easy and pleasant to talk to, good customer service from the beginning to the end. I'll go back to the Frankfort location in the near future.

Every time I go in here to get some work done, when I'm paying my bill some sort of discount is applied. I always end up paying less than I expected, which is really unusual!

Had an issue withn the Michelin tires on my Honda Pilot. John Ault contacted Michelin and was able to get a price adjustment on a new set of tires. The techs did their jobs quickly, with several teaming up to dismount the old tires, mount the new ones, and balance them. Obviously a well run shop that knows what it's doing! Very happy with how quickly they got the job done, and the great new tires!

Justin did a amazing job. I took my car an daughter car there to get tires. He gave us a great deal for bringing 2 cars there. I will continue to go there an see Justin.

the staff and management of the W. Lowery Ln, Lexington KY store is an amazing crew of gentlemen who more than exceed my satisfactions. For the first time in my life I can honestly found a team of individuals that I can trust to keep my cars safe for my family and myself. Thank You so much!

Everything was great! I have a 1 year old son and they made the process painless and quick as it could be. They made us feel welcome and I appreciate the job they did. Justin H was our service man and he was wonderful! He went above and beyond to help us out and that is great customer service!!!
