I came to Big-O-Tires from a competitor that I routinely have used in the past because they did not have my tire size needed. I found the staff inviting , warm, professional, and the service exceptional. All staff members were clean, well mannered in regards to maintaining professionalism no matter where they were in the business. Store manager Jeff Warren was super responsive to a tight time schedule to help me repair my daughters car while I was visiting her in Lexington Ky. Everyone I came in contact who worked in the store was friendly and professional. I am glad I have this store team to know that they will take care of any car problems and new tires for my daughter while she is at school at the University of Kentucky.

Appreciate the help from my neighbor, Jim, in getting my car in for a tire replacment and scheduled for service the very next morning after I blew out a tire. It is the personal attention I received that mattered the most. The cost was also very fair. Thank you very much!

My 90 year old Daddy had a flat tire and in need of 4 new tires. Chris was so wonderful!!! He and a technician went to my Dad's home, inflated his tire, drove it back to the shop, placed on 4 new tires and drove it straight back to his driveway. Now if that isn't the BEST Service in town I don't know what is!!! Thank you guys for taking such awesome care of my sweet Daddy!

I was ONLY Big O customer for 20 years in Louisville. I was excited to see them in finally in Lexington this year. Took can there, and just like Louisville, great service. You can't beat Big O for their quality tires, guarantee, and great service. They are fantastic to work with. 20 years in Louisville, now that they are in Lexington, only Big O tires and service for me for another 20 years. You can't go wrong with this company!

Store Manager Jeff Warren and his staff went above and beyond in order to complete my vehicle repairs in a timely, quality, and cost efficient manner. His knowledgeable and experienced mechanic Donnie Baker, did a fine job repairing the oil pan leak, emergency brake system, axle repair, and changing the transmission fluid on the 2002 Yukon Denali. Needing to have my vehicle the following day, Mr. Warren and his staff stayed over beyond regular working hours in order to have the vehicle travel ready. That is very much appreciated. It is becoming more difficult to find well managed and reliable and honest vehicle repair shops and it is a blessing to know that Big O tires in Lexington is in good hands with Mr. Warren leading and managing the business.

I have always been pleased with the service I have received here. They do the work on time and call you when your vehicle is ready to go. I also appreciate the ability to use other NTB's or Big O's when necessary. I'm a very happy customer!

Any time I need a car repair, I worry that I won't understand the situation well enough to avoid being overcharged. That's never an issue here. I've been sent away with no bill at all on multiple occasions. I trust these guys to do what needs to be done without piling on extra charges.

Just brought vehicle in for tire rotation, brake check, and alignment check. They did everything as requested timely and professionally. The vehicle was slightly out of alignment, which they addressed. They took care of my vehicle and me, even though it was all part of the extended warranty package from when I bought tires there a while ago. No hassles, no surprises, GREAT JOB!
