Thanks for the great service you provided when I came in ten days ago with a puncture, and found that there was no key for the lug locks anywhere in the car. Your crew was especially courteous and patient while I tried to get a key, and ultimately solved the problem (breaking the lug bolt) without damaging the wheel. Incidentally, I fussed at Greenes for sending the car out without a key after a tire rotation, and they replaced the other three lugs (without locks) Again thanks Fred Alfred HANSEN

The guys at Big O are always very prompt and courteous!! They always get the work completed correctly and they never try those high pressure sales techniques some other places use . Thanks guys , keep up the great work!!!

Big "O" (an NTB affiliate). Mike, Justin...all of the guys at Big O are very considerate and detailed. They really encourage your trust in them and their confidence. I promote them with all of my friends.

I'm sure Big O has a routine/system and it works but as I was sitting in the waiting area, I could see my vehicle being tended to. I couldn't help but notice that 1 guy checked the air filter then went on to another vehicle. Then another guy came along, jacked it up then disappeared, then finally a 3rd tech. came along and did the rest of the work. I'm not upset and I'll be returning but, I was thinking, "Why doesn't someone take charge and just get it done?"� Thanks.

Never pushy. Good prices. They are always very friendly and efficient, and tell me what I need, but do not come across as salesy or pushy. Very appreciated. I only go here because of this.

Great place great service except I did not get my little sticker on the window for the oil change but they took me in right before close which they didn't need to, great experience though

Great service, great prices. I have 4 vehicles and I bring all of them to Big O for service. I haven't been disappointed once. They have been great about getting me in (even on short notice) and work is always done quickly and to my satisfaction.

Easy and fast

I went by to get an oil change , I could tell they were busy; but I loved the fact that they estimated a time and they way over delivered on the time I waited as well as the service!! Once again, I was delighted!! Thanks guys, you're Awesome!!!

Quick and efficient. I, made an appointment but when I got there they were very busy so I was concerned I would have to wait. Appointment was at 3:00 got there at 5 till and they were working on the car by a few minutes after 3:00pm.

I came to Big-O-Tires from a competitor that I routinely have used in the past because they did not have my tire size needed. I found the staff inviting , warm, professional, and the service exceptional. All staff members were clean, well mannered in regards to maintaining professionalism no matter where they were in the business. Quick and easy

Appreciate the help from my neighbor, Jim, in getting my car in for a tire replacment and scheduled for service the very next morning after I blew out a tire. It is the personal attention I received that mattered the most. The cost was also very fair. Thank you very much!
